I PURCHASED A USED CAR ON DECEMBER 8TH, SIGNED THE CONTRACT AND TRADED IN A CAR. SINCE I DID NOT SIGN THE PAPERWORK FROM THE BANK THE DEALERSHIP IS NOW ASKING ME FOR ALL THE INFORMATION I PREVIOUSLY GAVE THEM. IS THIS PURCHASE STILL BINDING?

Yes it is still binding unless your terms change. ....like payment down payment length of loan or interest rates.

If you have them the information already once before what's the issue with giving it to them again? You signed the contract and too the car, that's a sale. Congrats you bought a car. The dealer might also be checking to see if your information has changed or they are having a hard time getting you financed. This is typical car buying 101.

You signed the contract . In Ga Once u drive it off the lot its yours . If you dont finish the financing they will ding your credit . Unless the dealer excepts the the return of the vehicle your stuck .
