Dropped a vehicle off for a scheduled Quicklane appointment. Got notice about 30 minutes before close that the vehicle was ready. Was able to get there right at closing to pick up the vehicle. Service on the whole is good, but would have liked to be notified a little more ahead of time about vehicle progress or readiness.
