Why is there always no employee in the movies and cds at the Mayfair location to ring up purchases?

There are a limited number of employees available at any time. That area has fewer customers than other areas so it is on a need basis.

Not a question. Just someone whining.

The employees at the front are very nice and will be happy to help, if you ask.
