I used to shop at this grocery store all the time and now my boyfriend and I avoid it at all costs unless absolutely necessary. Lines horrifically long sometimes because all they have is self checkout open, and yet when you use it and need employee assistance nobody is there to be found, making the lines longer. Cardboard boxes of items laying around in the way, instead of properly stocked. Spectrum salesmen heckling me in the meats department and all I want to do is get in and get out. And worst of all, a few weeks ago they had several gallons of milk in the cooler they were trying to sell that was PAST the best buy date. Not a dry item, A DAIRY PRODUCT. Not sure if it’s under new management or what but the old employees I had once seen almost every time I went are nowhere to be found, and this place is going downhill fast. Go to Metcalfes or take the drive to Festival, it’s worth it at this rate.

Good selection and nice deli/hot bar. But their refusal to attempt to staff even half way decent made us stop shopping here. 1 full service lane and only one set of self service is the norm for the busiest times every day of the week.

We finished our shopping and only self serve was open we had 2 full carts. Are u kidding me? Eventually 1 person open his register. Apparently he started work. Every register should be open this is ridiculous. We will not shop there again . Metcalf here we come
