The new employees haven't been trained correctly and the older employees have an I don't care attitude. Nobody wants to help the new employees so the orders are often wrong and take so long.
It appears that new employees need to frequently ask how-to questions, suggesting that they were not adequately trained for the task. Not having a suitable number of employees on the order counter, when a large number of customers are waiting, is also a concern. Confusion of what to do is obvious at times. It appears that lack of cross-training is a concern, so all hands can fill the need.
