Has McDonald's canceled All-Day breakfast at all locations? I'm getting random times per restaurant and denied breakfast.

Yes. A formal decision was made to end all day breakfast. "Due to covid-19 shipping delays" by the corporate office for MCDONALDS.

It stopped after CoVid got so bad. No location has all-day breakfast for now.
