I have made a reservation for the 29th of October @ 6:30. I am being asked about the private dining room availability and costs? Please advise.

I don't think they charge for the private dining room... The tip is just included with groups the size of 10 or more. And you do have to ask for it... More than likely they will automatically put you in there.

I don't know about private dining room pricing. It's for large parties. When we were there last, a party of like 20 plus was in there. Great place to eat.
