Was told by Dawn that i can't park at the front where guest at every hotel ever parks. She was extremely rude about it. Apparently we are supposed to park in the parking lot that is extremely torn up to unload and check in.

I was trying to book a room also the night I stayed and I got a sort of rude attendant and I was an employee at another Holiday Inn hotel in another city and she wasn't trying to work with me the third shift guy I forgot his name might have been a j or something like that he helped me tremendously he got the tip she did not it might not be the same woman lady but if it was her she needs not to be like that toward guests very unprofessional and we parked in the back to the side but they did have parking in the front and it wasn't just the employees hope that helps and hope your next experience at another hotel is better

I was allowed to park in the front and when I asked where the closest place for good was it was the gas station on top of the hill.
