Will my california Driver license work here so i can tranfer my car to NC? Im not trying to change my ID cause im just giving a try here for a year! If everything goes as plan in that year than ill switch all my documents to NC

You may have to have a ID with the Address of the place you are staying at you can ask the NC DMV if you need to know for sure if you don't Ask you won't now you can Call them to find out

I think so, not sure. I was thinking you had a good grace period for being out of state to transfer over to N.C.
