Terrible service! No respect from server or front desk station. Grettel caught an attitude when I asked her to clarify or describe an item on the menu. Disrespectful experience. After being a patron for years and even through the pandemic. No more of my hard earned money will be wasted by a disrespectful and ungrateful business.

Went in for the first time, was told it would be a 15 minute wait. So we waited a few minutes, realized half the place was empty and 2 staff members were staring at their phones.. we could've at least been seated and offered a drink, there's no excuse for making us wait like they did.
