I received some paperwork acknowledging my successful completion at the Palmetto Center in Florence. However my veteran status was noted incorrectly, I am a US Veteran. Can this be corrected, even if by line thru, initial and date?

Although u have completed the 28 day program at the palmetto center u are still a client with Voc rehab. Yes, u can get that changed. U just need to contact ur counselor at the area office where u open u the case. Tell her or him about the mistake and they will contact the palmetto center to make the correction.

I'm not sure. Maybe you could contact your Case worker if you have one. If not , contact the center itself.
