They have a mix - they have their own in-store brands which are similar to Harbor Freight in-store brands (probably made in the same Chinese factory). But - they also have a mix of some higher end tool brands like Dewalt, Milwaukee, etc... For what its worth, I used to work at Sears and I can tell you that most, if not all Craftsman was actually made by a different company like Black and Decker and just rebranded.
