No but may be available online next year since they bought out Hancock Fabrics this last year
None of the locations carry bolts of fabric. They have small pieces for crafting, but not the big bolts. You'd have to go to a fabric store or JoAnn's.
There is 1 aisle that has a few fabric options towards the back of the store but not as much as hobby lobby or Joann's.
