I'm not sure why this was posted " leasing the space crom Central Penn" but yes we as a company Greenwood Hospitality lease the conference center and have a "contract" to provide food for the students and anyone else that chooses to eat in the cafe.

Not every company or person needs the large and sometimes complicated Conference Centers and you are right it is good for about 200 to 240 people Max with tables more if it's theater Style. Smaller conferences need a place to go also we have rooms that will accommodate only 20 if you'd like. Many are looking for a place with reasonable prices and good food and don't necessarily need all the big hoopla so to speak.

ok. it's a suitable conference space for a moderate crowd
