Yes, for a fee. Car batteries installation is included but they're pricey. Watch batteries they charge a fee for, but give you a discount on multiples.
They have always helped me get whatever I bring them diagnosed, flashlight or watch.
Usually they will open up new ones and if they don't work you don't owe anything !
