I've never had a problem with my orders at home depot
Honestly, I've never had a problem with follow up on purchases or product service at Home Depot. Without knowledge of your purchase and problem it's hard to give you an answer other than my personal experience
It depends on what you paid FOR. I would recommend talking with whatever store's assistant manager. As if it was an order, or install from one store - all the other stores can do I see information on it. We wouldn't be able to do anything on it; i.e. You paid for the service at Inver Grove Home Depot, the Eagan Home Depot can only review the order - nothing more.
