Loop C is the Pet friendly loop though, and I think our last trip was closer to $25 per night. Hope that helps

not free, and it's best that reserve a campsite using their website. when we were there, there were only a few empty spots.
None of the state parks are free. Don't check every one, you will get the same answer. Look online at the state park website.
