Hospice offers several levels of care, including in own home care/visits. Highly recommend looking into.
Our family knows that struggle. Both of my grandparents suffered from Dementia. The care given here is nothing but great. The nurses are very sweet and check in regularly. The facility is open to visitors 24x7 which is usually important for dementia patients that mix up days and nights. They have great meals for the patients and try their best to cater to diet preferences or restrictions.
