No! Appointment time only. They do have parking. But it limited amount of parking. 30 truck maybe. And dont get caught parking on the street. Police monitor the street parking and will fine you. My suggestion is if you arrive around 0700 in the morning you should find parking. If not find an truck stop close by and wait till and arrive 1 hour before your appointment time.
