When ordering replacement storms for my windows I expected the expert at the order desk to enter all the information completely. that sadly did not happen and I end up with replacements that aren't usable . When I asked about entering inside measure I was told "the inside measurement was not important.." make sure you get someone who actual knows what they are doing.

Worst customer service ever. I've been there multiple times and always leaving with a promise of never coming back. They have a nice showroom and that's about it. Otherwise it would be a zero star review.

The 2x boards in stock that are 18-20' are not quarter sawn. If you mean 4/4 thickness (3/4" true thickness) there is a limited supply of AYE cedar of nominal widths 4-12. Again, not quarter sawn.
