Not at this warehouse from my experience. They partner with a lot of different garage shops, auto dealerships and service centers however to get the work done. You can have the tires you purchase from Tire Rack shipped directly to the place you want to do the work, or save some money and pick them up at the warehouse yourself and still bring them to wherever you want for mounting and balancing. I've ony bought tires from them, not tires and wheels together.
If you buy wheels and tires they will mount and balance them, but not to an existing set of wheels you bring in.
Yes they do, when you buy a package deal and have them mount/balance.
