I work at a convenience store and last week I mistakenly took a counterfeit 100 dollar bill. I have asked my boss repeatedly for a counterfeit pen , he is now trying to take the 100 dollars out of my pay. Can he legally do that?

You can buy the pens at Walmart in the stationary dept but do know the pens aren't accurate. The pen only detects it the paper/fabric is correct. If they have taken one or five dollar bills and printed a higher denomination on the fabric you are still taking a counterfeit bill.

Three suggestions, buy your own pen, contact Legal Aid for legal advice, and start looking for another job. One last thing, whatever you do just do something. One last thing Southside church 7pm on Thursday nite. Hope to see you there.
