How do I check on my unemployment
I've called so many times left messages and haven't received a call back
Dept of Labor only assist with filing unemployment claims and questions regarding completing resumes, applications, and preparing for interviews. If it's an issue of missing wages he needs to contact the U.S. Wage and Hour Division or he needs to contact a lawyer and take his employer to small claims court for unpaid wages.
Call the department of labor and let them know what's going on. They will get to the bottom of it.
