Call them and ask, I don't see that information advertised! I absolutely love their brisket, it's the best around here!
Unfortunately that's a question only someone who works there could answer, but I agree that the brisket made here is the best in this area! I've eaten this there and the smoker is out back and smells heavenly!
My wife loves this brisket at the same level as her maw maw's brisket. When it equals family. You know it's top.
I will tell you something it's the best brisket I ever ate and its the best you'll find in his area I don't work for them I don't have anything to do with them but I tasted in its fabulous
