You're good to just walk in and pick it up. It looks like weed, smells and weed and even tastes like weed. It is not weed though, it does not have any THC in it. When you buy the flower they will give you a lab report which will explain this concept as well as state the law, should any law enforcement try to harass you. When it comes to a drug test, the older tests will still test positive because they don't just test for THC, but when looked at more in detail and in conjunction with the lab report you will be fine.
