I know this has been awhile, but the service has gone down the drain once again. I ordered two BLT trays today and received all my food. I got home and sat down to distribute food, turned on the tv, got conformatable, and bit into my BLT. Which turned out to just be a BL. There was no tomato on my sandwich. You can't have a BLT with no T. I asked and the other sandwich had no tomato either. This really upset me. I gathered the food, drove back and asked about it at the window. I was gifted with the knowledge that they were out of tomatoes. I asked if it ever occurred to him to say that when someones orders something like that and he said they couldn't help me and I needed to drive on.
I have the same problem. I've never went there and them get my order correct. This is frustrating. I am allergic to dairy and they are constantly putting cheese on a sandwich that doesn't come with cheese. They are also very rude. And slow, definitely not fast food
