Was working through the temp agency. Overall it’s a relaxed place to work for but the major red flag is the training or lack thereof. They’ll train you for 15 mins and then they’ll walk off. The supervisor assistant would come to me and tell me what all I did wrong but as someone that wasn’t properly trained and then act surprised that I wasn’t taught. She needs to learn how to not argue and be defensive over a mistake. I was new and wasn’t properly trained, she needed to tell me ahead of time before I started sewing the order. Not just placing the blame solely on me. This company needs a trainer that’s just solely a trainer to teach new people their jobs. Pay is low but weekly. Easy work if you’re trained properly.

I worked there about 5yr ago and I loved it. Worked 2nd and 3rd shift. The people I worked with were friendly and was helpful whenever I needed help with something. Supervisors were always nice and understanding.
