No it's not. It's within walking distance to old man's cave and Cedar falls from Top o the caves campground. Not sure if you can hike to old man's cave from old man's cave campground

No. You might want to try Old Mans Cave campground. Or Koa. Top of Caves I has a good location but shower house is really nasty
