Will it be rebooked if cancelled?
If there's lightning they will delay the concert for about a half hour or so to see if it passes, however if the storm continues to get worse or if the lightning is striking the water/land near by chances are it will be cancelled.
They say rain or shine. But it really depends on the storm. Check with the venue before you leave.
