Yes pls call before as they have limited rooms they might be full or have a waiting list .. once it happened to me that i was in the airport and when i asked for a room they had a 2-3 hr waiting and my flight was in 2 hrs and i could not get a room .. next time onwards i called a day or 2 before and booked it.. then what ever time i need i got it .. so finally what i recommend is call them and reserve a room before it self

I've been there several times. A couple times I did not reserve and was fine. However, I would recommend it during potentially busy times. I've seen others get shut out for not having a reservation.
I have found that walking up never works. They are usually busy. Call ahead or use the app to reserve.
Not really, you can easily reserve online or on their app! But if you need to cancel last minute because of delays or something like that you do need to call to make sure you dont get charged for your reservation. The staff is usually very nice and sometimes theyll even give you an extra hour for free! Depends on who attends you
