I had no issues here. Very easy process and while the room is small, it is worth it. I would much rather pay to spend a layover here then out with everyone else. I hope I don’t have a long layover again but if I do I’m staying here.

Giving it a one because I can’t give it anything lower. I am not one to leave a reviews but this was by far one of the worst costumer serve experiences I have ever endured . We landed in Charlotte at 5:30AM with a 2.5hr layover so we thought we’d take a nap, to our dismay were greated by probably the rudest human I’ve ever met in my life. I understand people have things going on but how rude she was just not a way to treat anyone. I asked for her name and she asked why I was even asking for it said no and walked away…. Never stayed in one and can say I will never will.

Only get one sheet and one pillow. Not a good value for the price. If the price came down, it would be a great option.

I hate leaving a negative review but I am currently experiencing a terrible situation because of their poorly trained employees and inadequate website. I made the reservation for a 6 hour overnight stay. When I got in to Charlotte airport earlier in the day I verified with employee 1 that I was leaving for a funeral and would be back around midnight. I got a call later in the day from employee 2 while at the funeral to verify the time. I then get back before midnight to Charlotte airport only to find TSA is closed and I cant go through security screening. I call and ask the overnight person 3 and she then tells me I am stuck and needed to be here before 10 pm. WHY WASN'T I TOLD THIS EARLIER??? So she then tells me it will be a week before I get my money back and of course I am in the ticketing area waiting for 4 hours to get through when they open. I would have done a totally different sleeping arrangement if this TSA issue was made known. I also feel there was very little empathy shown for this huge mistake . This shows poor training, poor awareness, poor communication by their employees, and honestly a bit of deception by the company as this checkpoint issues should be made totally clear up front on the website . I seem to have a gotten a quick refund so I am increasing it to 2 stars for trying service recovery, but will change if anything else happens.

Yes pls call before as they have limited rooms they might be full or have a waiting list .. once it happened to me that i was in the airport and when i asked for a room they had a 2-3 hr waiting and my flight was in 2 hrs and i could not get a room .. next time onwards i called a day or 2 before and booked it.. then what ever time i need i got it .. so finally what i recommend is call them and reserve a room before it self
