I'm a member credit union member and I'm having trouble with my card.Its saying my transaction has been cancelled and I would like to know what I need to do to reset my pin to my card.

The atm or the credit union may be off line. I have experienced a few times. Try it again.

You can call the 800 number in your app and do it that way or you can order a new card. Mine done this once and it wasnt the card it was whete I was using the card. Hope this helps
