I didn't have the same experience
My experience was fine. Food was good for airport food.
Whisky River is a busy location in the airport for a reason, great central location in the E terminal and fast service. I have not had the experience at all that started this communication my service was polite and fast which is what I need for an airport setting between flights
My experience was good. Especially after a long travel day
I was at the one in the airport and I didn't have a bad experience either. Also, that is not a question, or even a review for that matter.
I can believe the service part although I didn't have that problem but very hard to believe the airport would allow it to get to the point a restaurant has roaches. Not saying your wrong, just hard to believe.
I think someone is confused.. and I dought they even have eaten there. I think it's a great place!
Never seen bugs but have eatern there a couple of times. Last time i ordered breakfast and I was the first customer of the day. Still took 30 minutes for bacon, eggs and grits. Arrived half cold. Not eaten there since.
Ive never seen a bug of any kind in there, it's in an airport so I'm not sure where the roaches came from so it's really not a question it's just a comment. As far as what they have to offer, the food is fairly expensive as are the drinks but that said if you just order a bowl of chili and get a beer it's pretty cheap and you get plenty of food to get you to your next leg.
