Sometimes it's a couple of days for a response but they do get back.
I'm not sure about the phone number, I talked to the woman who works there. They see pets, on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, From 7: am to 8:am
Sometimes you have to wait 2 days or so . They will respond back to your email though .
