I have to cancel my appt for 4/30/19 but the website is down

I was in the same situation last year, 11/2018. I emailed them a few times a week before my appointment and explain why I could not make it and asked if they could just reschedule. They replied after a few days and had me on for after Christmas.

I've gone by the place, and I haven't seen anyone there. I've also seen another website
