My doggie (shepoo) has terrible anxiety when it comes to hard rain, thunder, baths and being groomed. Is there something the vet can give him to help through the above occasions?

They can. But there is also a vest called thunder vests that help as well. My mom's dog has one.

I do not work at this place but I am a pharmacy technician. Veterinarians are becoming more and more cautious about giving animals anti-anxiety medicines because their owners are taking their animal's prescription. (Not accusing or saying you would ever do something like that.) A few bad apples have really messed it up for the rest of us when our animals are in serious need. :-( I truly hope they are able to provide your fur baby with some relief.
