Bring all proof of transactions and they will finish the restm
GA Tag is never delivered by mail, and must be picked up & paid for by the Car Owner. Bring in the temporary tag paper and Bill of Sale of the vehicle, and they'll pull you up I the system, $25 for new tag, $5 to transfer old tag. In the event the tag office is still "waiting on their paperwork", the dealership will print you another temp tag for another 45 days
