Monday thru Friday you do. Alot of times they can work you in that day. Saturday no appointment needed and are open till 11 or11:30 that day.
They take walk-ins all day Saturday, first come, first serve. If its an emergency, they'll likely work you into their schedule. The staff is very helpful and kind.
