If you ordered one of our soups that includes meat (like our rice noodle soup with sliced beef), it will come with thin slices of raw meat that would cook itself immediately in the broth once it's been reheated — the broth MUST be boiling hot. This is typical for traditional Vietnamese soups so please keep that in mind when ordering to-go. Also, we also do not associate ourselves with any delivery services, but it is out of our power should we happen to appear on their restaurant listings. So if you ordered our food through a mobile app like Postmates, we have no way of knowing how they handle/treat our food (most delivery services do not require their drivers to carry food permits). So please use at your own risk.

You should've called them. Soup should've been hot

Some soups may be like a hot pot. You add the raw meat to a simmering broth. This way it's not too overcooked.
