The folks at Phenix Serum and Western Store would be who I'd have asked too..I imagine depends on the shape it's in at the time you take it to the store to be re-shaped. They care about their customers being comfortable in the boots they just have to have, and the young man and his grandpa stayed right within ear shot of me ,when I was shopping for my boots, bc I was walking around the store in in these really cute boots...at first I was just gonna try em on and pay for them ,but at the encouragement of these gentlemen I took my time and walked in them to truly tell if they were gonna fit comfortable enough.. I ended up purchasing not those but some practical , not really cute but what I needed in a practical way...working girl boots I guess. Ariat boots 2Southern Cotoure Grandma T shirts , a flea collar for my dog Fish , and a pair of hoop studs for my ears! Good day shopping at the store I first went in about 30 yrs ago.. Nice folks have only gotten better at what they do! 💛🤩
