I can't understand why I have proof of paying my bill for the last 3 months that the bill hasn't been paid! ! Gas co.came to my house to disconnect? ?..I have cancelled checks.....someone made a mistake?

Brad this is Tim Thomas ...people make mistakes everyday you have the proof go back and show the checks ..they will cut it back on ...that's Huntingdon Tn. They will make it right..take care hope to see the next time I home ..☺
