It's the same place. If you want authentic Italian food, try Mondo Italian Kitchen on 9 in milton. They are the real deal. Everything is cooked perfectly and reflects a true Italian restaurant. A quick way to judge if a place is truly Italian, is by trying the pasta. If aldente, then they pass the 1st test. If the pasta is mush, like ipps, move on cause they're cooking is as Italian as chef boy r dee. Looking for garlic knots worth bragging about, go to crust. They are also very good and consistent.
This location was ippolitos, but has been transformed to Ipp's Pasteria. Still has most of the same great recipes with new additions to the menu and an updated atmoshphere. The famous Garlic knots still exist and is ran by the same great owner. Hope this helps : )
