UNUM insurance company clinician called Dr. Mangat ( whom I had not seen or had any involvement with in nearly 6 months ) to get current Restrictions and Limitations . Dr.Mangat , told UNUM insurance clinician , I did not have any current Restrictions or Limitations . Dr. Mangat , had no business giving information on me when she's not my current Doctor and had not seen me in several months. Kaiser Permanente , did allow me one month of financial assistance after my employer canned me for being sick . A lot of inconsistent information coming from my Doctor about test results . He will tell me everything is normal , but then according to some of the data logged in the test results , I am a diabetic, I have diverticulosis ,my cholesterol is in the danger zone . I was also told my ultra sound and CT scan was normal , which is very surprising , because the last time I had a CT scan and ultra sound I was told I had an extremely enlarged prostate and was diagnosed with prostittus. The whole thing is a big cache 22 because I need to schedule more appointments with my primary care doctor , and continue to see specialist and under go testing until we can solve my problems , but when the insurance company doesn't pay on the claim it prevents me from continuing care. Right now I have prescriptions in the KP pharmacy I can't even afford to pick up. Just a nightmareish cache 22 situation, that I don't wish on anyone.

The location has very poor scheduling practices - scheduling two patients at the same time, canceling before 1 day, billing issues, and not allowing lab appointments (website says otherwise). Moving away from Kaiser for next year open enrollment. They are not interested in taking care of patients. I won't name the doctor. But they gave incorrect information about COVID vaccine eligibility (contradicted CDC). Not expected from any competent doctor. Lack of COVID vaccines at the facility as well, as if COVID is over!

In the pediatricians office Dr Adam is horrible. Absolutely the most rude and condescending doctor I’ve ever been around. Took my twins in for two separate visits at the Alpharetta pediatric location with him and he was horrid. My twins were preemies and the hospital initially wanted them on Neosure so they wrote me a prescription for it for WIC. By their 2 month appointment the twins still weren’t tolerating the formula well at all and I listed off all the problems they were having on this formula (which are very much indications of intolerance of the formula) and let him know we had tried them on a different kind and they tolerated it much better and asked for him to change their prescription to that kind. He told me their intolerance wasn’t “a medical reason and they didn’t even need the prescription because WIC does similac.” I told him our county does gerber and he got very rude with me and told me he’s “been doing this 20 years so he knows what he’s talking about” and I told him I just went to the wic office and the manager there had told me I needed him to change the prescription. (They had constipation to where they weren’t having any vowel movements for 5-7 days. And diarrhea when they did go. Not the normal baby bowel movements. Spitting up in extreme amounts from the time they took the bottle until the next feeding. A lot of gas and fussiness. You could just tell the formula was making them extremely uncomfortable and they were in pain and would be inconsolable at times. Mind you I’m not a first time mom. I have 5 children.) There were other concerns he blew off and talked in a condescending tone to me about. I left that appointment very frustrated. And do not appreciate the horrible treatment and rudeness. The next check up my childrens father came with me to and we once again explained the twins intolerance and yet again he argued and got very loud with my fiancée “he’s been doing this 20 years he knows what he’s talking about!” My fiancée is a marine and gives respect to everyone and expects the same in return. So this treatment was very mind blowing and unprofessional on an extreme level. Even one of the nurses looked a little embarrassed on behalf of him. One of the lovely nurses called our wic office and was told they do gerber and for anything else a prescription was needed. When she informed the dr she called and checked and we were correct he didn’t even apologize and still was very arrogant and rude. We do not recommend AT ALL and will never be back to that physician again. Not the way to act as a doctor or anyone in the medical field.

Had a great experience seeing Dr. Susan A Harwood. She’s professional, but better than that she’s personable. I was very impressed on how she treated me during my visit; her genuine demeanor was A plus; she took her time and made sure I understood what was said, and answered all my questions. I totally recommend her!!!

Not a "Kaiser" one. You have to contact Kaiser in case of an emergency and get the name of the closest urgent care they will participate with.

You may be able to go to lab if you're a regular patient. But you should call to find out for sure.
