Why do you having such a lousy phone service? I've been trying to get through to Customer Service for 40 minutes. It rings and rings and then disconnects. I called the Pharmacy and was told that Customer Service only has one line. What nonsense.

When you call the Walmart on Hwy 5 ,it is answered at the dressing rooms and then connected to whichever dept you need.

I have had this problem too. If the store is not too far from you I would recommend driving over. The management has helped me out several times this way and it actually took less time than their terrible phone service.
