Why is the pharmacy window never open any more!?!

I usually do the self check but being as the line was long and I had quite a bit in my buggy I went through the regular line. Rileigh was my cashier and she didn't say a word, not even hi. She quickly scanned my items and rolled them down the belt. Tossed my bread on the counter behind me. The bagger was no better. No disregard to anyone's food. That was the worst bag job I've seen. And of course my yogurt busted all over my bag. Everything was thrown in nothing standing up. I was busy watching the prices but had I saw that I wouldn't stopped her. That's unacceptable!!! I'm so disappointed.

This has got to be the worst kroger in the whole state, poor selection can't get checked out even when it's not busy

There were no carts available when I walked in. I also wanted to buy some mums and they said they did not have a sku inside the store and then I would need to check out and go get the plants and bring them back. Not very good customer service
