Do I mail my replacement card application to the local Evansville IN office? If yes, what is the mailing address?

I'm trying to find out the same info. I called Friday to request more info after discovering that the local office was closed and the rep l spoke to was not very forthcoming and seemed as though he was bothered by my call. Trying to call again this morning but having trouble getting through. At this point, I wouldn't describe this office as friendly or helpful. They're ranking right down there with the BMV, sadly.
