No, wait during busiest periods can be 30 minutes. Busiest periods fluctuate, count on 11 til 2 most days.
I've been there during peak hours and have waited maybe 30 minutes at most. I don't know if they take reservations, but the wait is always worth it.
The last few times I've gone were on weeknights after 7pm. We waited about 10-15 mins and were seated. Remember it's first come first serve so the later you show up you may run a chance of a certain meat has run out.
No reservations taken and it is very crowded at regular meal times. Food is always worth the wait but avoid going at peak lunch and dinner times if your opposed to waiting
We got there early (11ish) and got one of the few tables left. When we left there were probably 60 ppl waiting...
There are no reservations allowed, only first come first serve. Normal wait for dinner is about 1 hour and even 2 on a busy weekend. If you go at 11 when they open you can sit right down, but you will see people start to flood in for the lunch rush. Food is so good the wait is always worth it for me!
Not sure if reservations are taken but the wait time is short. We were sat immediately but I have seen people have to wait 5 minutes or so when busy.
Not sure about reservations. First time there was during meal time and the wait was 1 hour and 40 minutes. It was worth the wait. The second time was about 4pm and there was no wait. Excellent food. Especially the fall-off-the-bone spare ribs!
Not sure on the reservations but we had lunch there on a Sunday and we were sat immediately
