Thanks all! Started with the burnt end appy the went with the 2 meat plate - ribs and brisket, plus mac and frito pie. Was not disappointed!
Wings and collards to salty. Ribs and half Chicken great. Potato Salad and Chicken Salad great side. Grilled Pimento sandwich great alone.
