Bring a personal space heater, they have outlets to plug into around the store.

You bunch must equal one brain. Shouldn't need a coat too eat inside a restaurant. I had a coat for outside.

I'm not sure why you were cold eating, but if you would have gone inside the restaurant the wonderful employees could have warmed your heart with a smile and when you thanked them for whatever reason they would have warmed you even further by replying " my pleasure ".

There's a mall next door for Jacket purchases.
