The staff were so polite. The lobby was decorated really cute and was clean from what we saw from the drive-thru. Food was fresh and hot. The only complaint I have is how hard traffic in all directions makes it for anyone to get in.

Drove 20 mins to this location after having a bad experience and the Cobb location. Went through drive thru. Ordered our food. The associate at the speaker seemed new. We were in this line for well over 30 mins. But we endured and made it to the window. The lady there took our card, at first mixed up our drinks but fixed it. We got our food. One item I ordered wasn't in there, but when I looked at the receipt I wasn't charged for it. I ordered tots with our combo, there were fries in the bag. The lady at the window argued with me, I explained I ordered all tota, no fries. She sighed and rolled her eyes hard and took our bag. She returned with the bag. I thanked her but she shut the window without saying anything. The food was ok. I know all I need to know about Krystal restaurants now and will not be ordering from another one in the future..

This is an alternate White Castle. The fries are similar to Checkers/Rally's. These are all good things. Chicken sandwiches are slamming and that apple turnover..... so damn good! Get the choose 5 so you can try a bunch of items at once.

Woulda been nice if we weren't told they where doing a "shift change" and it woukd be an hr. After of course serving the car right in front of us. Luckily I got to try a Slider at some point.
